Overall, April has been a crazy month since the COVID-19 epidemic. We have moved into telehealth consultations since the 30th of March and we first and foremost thank you for your understanding and patience with this. As the transmission of the virus continues to become more under control and the subsequent regulations from the government begin to ease, we will begin to slowly open our doors back open to the public. At present, we are only having face to face consultations with those requiring hands on treatment and are of a low health risk. Please check our social media platforms for more regular updates on this.

Due to the lowering confirmed cases and easing restrictions, our clinic is on track to re-open on Monday 1 June 2020. We are taking this re-opening very seriously and have reviewed our protocols and procedures to ensure our clinic remains safe for staff, clients and our families. Please continue to be patient as we attempt to navigate through this challenging and foreign circumstance we all find ourselves in. Prior to entry to the clinic you will be greeted by a hand sanitising station and some questions regarding your current health status specific to COVID-19 symptoms. When you enter the clinic our lovely admin team will greet you and confirm you don’t have any of those symptoms and not been in contact with any suspected or confirmed cases of COVID-19. Surgical face masks are also available at reception if you require or feel more comfortable. Since social distancing is not alway practical during our treatment, please feel free to request our practitioners to wear one during your treatment session. We want you to feel comfortable and safe during your time at Adaptive.

We are also requesting that you have the COVID Safe App downloaded and active so we can continue to keep the clinic and our patrons as safe as possible. Together we can stop the spread by doing the simplest of things.

In the meantime, we have been busy doing up our website and writing blogs on various topics. If you haven’t already, go check it all out and be sure to let us know your thoughts.

Thank you again for your continued support.

Yours in Health, Team Adaptive.
