Qualifications and Certifications: Master of Physiotherapy, Bachelor of Applied Science (Sport and Exercise Science) Honours, Currently completing Master of Clinical Physiotherapy (Continence and Women’s Health), Certificate III and IV in Fitness, Certificate IV in Massage Therapy.

Tell us about yourself: I have 2 beautiful (but crazy) little boys who keep me busy when I am not in the clinic. I am also currently completing my Masters in Continence and Women’s Health at Curtin University. I have a Long Haired German Shepherd named Thor, 2 ferrets – Albus and Sirius and 2 adopted stray cats – Tilly and Joffrey. We live in the South-Western suburbs of Sydney and may move to the Illawarra once the children are older. I’m passionate about helping others achieve their goals and believe that life is way too short to be unhappy.

Tell us about yourself: I grew up near Jervis Bay on a small farm, loved playing a variety of sports growing up including soccer, cricket, rugby league and union, tennis, swimming and AFL, now I mostly do triathlons and play social sport. I have a close-knit family and enjoy spending time in the outdoors with friends. I love travelling and experiencing new things and have spent 2 years living and working in London.

I really enjoy treating sports-related injuries in anyone no matter what age or level. I love my job because it can be so rewarding to help people become better than they were yesterday and achieve their goals.

I also don’t mind a good party every now and then (because what is life without fun right)

Tell us about yourself: I am a country kid who grew in Cowra (Gods country). I went away to Newcastle for university and was there for 4 years. I’m 6 foot 1 from bottom to top and vice versa.

Tell us about yourself: I grew up in Coffs Harbour, home of the famous Big Banana, and I have lived in Wollongong since 2014. I have a Cavoodle back in Coffs named Scooby. He’s recently let himself go a bit and have resultantly coined him with the name Burrito.

To be honest, I haven’t decided what I want to specialise in at present. However, I am enjoying treating a wide range of conditions in the clinic. I have been growing a particular interest in the benefits of exercise for a range of mental health conditions, as well as the benefits of exercise for cancer management.

Tell us about yourself: I have 4 beautiful kids that keep me on my toes. I enjoy all sorts of different activities including the gym, rock climbing, table tennis and playing guitar (any instrument really).

Tell us about yourself: I’ve been working in administration at Adaptive Physiotherapy for 3.5 years. In mid-2017 I took on the administration manager role within the clinic which is challenging and I enjoy a lot. When I’m not a work, I’m a wife and mum to 3 beautiful girls. In my spare time my family and I enjoy caravanning and exploring our beautiful country. We have done a lot of big trips and have many more planned.

Tell us a little about yourself: I am 24 years old and I am originally from Adelaide but have been living in the Illawarra for over a year now. I have been at Adaptive for 12 months now and love the environment I work in and the people I meet. I am engaged with two fur babies and a daughter named Lulu who I gave birth to last August.

What would your final meal be? Something with potatoes. Probably loaded fries.
